AyitiHouse Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AyitiHouse, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, do not use AyitiHouse.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to legally use online services in your jurisdiction. Some features, including paid subscriptions, creator tools, or payment-related features, may require you to be 18 or older.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity under your account. You may not impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, transfer your account without permission, or misrepresent your identity.

4. Community Standards

AyitiHouse is built for respectful connection. You may not post, send, upload, or promote:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive behavior
• Sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or illegal content
• Violent threats or content that encourages real-world harm
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Malware, phishing, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass security

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting or uploading content to AyitiHouse, you grant AyitiHouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the platform.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you share.

6. Public Feed, Communities, and Private Messages

Public feed posts are generally visible to AyitiHouse users unless deleted, hidden, private, community-only, or restricted by moderation rules. Community-only content is intended for the relevant community. Direct messages are private user-to-user communications, subject to safety and legal review where necessary.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Creator Features

AyitiHouse may offer Premium, Creator, gift, coin, branded community, or other paid features. Prices, benefits, billing terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase where applicable.

Payments may be processed by PayPal, Stripe, Apple, Google, or other providers. App Store and Google Play purchases may also be subject to Apple or Google terms.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund availability depends on the purchase method, applicable law, and payment provider rules. In-app purchases through Apple or Google may need to be managed through the App Store or Google Play. Other purchases may be reviewed by AyitiHouse support.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

AyitiHouse may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, deactivate accounts, revoke creator privileges, disable monetization, or take other action if we believe these Terms, our policies, or applicable law have been violated.

10. Account Deactivation

AyitiHouse supports reversible account deactivation where available. Deactivation may limit access and visibility but does not automatically erase all account records, payment records, moderation records, or legal records.

11. Intellectual Property

AyitiHouse, the AyitiHouse name, logos, design, software, and platform features are owned by AyitiHouse or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform assets without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

AyitiHouse may integrate with third-party services for authentication, storage, payments, hosting, analytics, and communications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

13. No Professional or Emergency Advice

AyitiHouse is not a provider of legal, medical, financial, immigration, or emergency advice. Content posted by users is user-generated. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

14. Platform Availability

AyitiHouse is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyitiHouse and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, user disputes, user-generated content, or third-party conduct.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on AyitiHouse. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
