For urgent safety issues, include “Urgent Safety” in the email subject so we can prioritize review.
Expected response time
We aim to respond to most support requests within 1–3 business days. Safety, billing, and account access requests may be prioritized.
What We Can Help With
Account and login help
Help with signing in, email verification, profile updates, account deactivation, or suspicious account activity.
Billing and subscriptions
Questions about Premium, Creator upgrades, gifts, coins, PayPal payments, App Store purchases, Google Play purchases, refunds, or cancellation.

App and media issues

Billing and App Store Purchases
If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription management and some refunds may need to be handled inside your Apple ID or Google Play account. We can still help you understand the issue and point you to the right place.
For PayPal or web payments, contact support with the email used for purchase and the transaction date.
