AyitiHouse is a social platform for Haitians and friends of Haiti to connect through public posts, city communities, media, events, creator tools, and private messaging.

We collect information needed to operate AyitiHouse and keep the platform safe.

- Subscription and payment records such as product purchased, payment provider, transaction identifiers, payment status, renewal status, and purchase date
- Technical information such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address, app version, log data, and security events
- Support information you send us, including screenshots, messages, and contact details

- Show public posts, profiles, comments, media, and communities

4. Public Content and Visibility
Some parts of AyitiHouse are public or visible to other members, including profile details, public posts, comments, reactions, community participation, and media that you choose to share publicly.
Do not post private or sensitive information that you do not want others to see.
5. Private Messages
Direct messages are designed for user-to-user communication. AyitiHouse does not sell private messages. We may access or review message data only when needed to provide the service, investigate reports, enforce rules, prevent abuse, protect safety, or comply with law.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple, or Google depending on the platform and purchase flow. AyitiHouse does not store full credit card numbers.
Payment providers may process your information under their own privacy policies.
7. Service Providers
We may share limited information with providers who help us operate AyitiHouse, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, email, abuse prevention, and customer support providers. These providers are only permitted to use information to provide services to AyitiHouse.

AyitiHouse is not intended for children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required by their jurisdiction and by our Terms of Service. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without proper consent, we may remove the information and restrict the account.

AyitiHouse serves users globally. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. By using AyitiHouse, you understand that your information may be transferred as needed to operate the service.
